Champlain Medical Building

KGS was contracted by Vornado to replace the roof. The old membrane was removed and a new tow ply modified bitumen roof system was applied. KGS also replaced the sealant joints in the precast walls of the penthouse and removed brick from the penthouse perimeter and installed new through wall flashing. New concrete pavers were added to the perimeter of the main roof and penthouse as well as a walkway around the penthouse.
