KGS was contracted by Federal Realty Investment Trust to replace a section of roof over multiple retail tenant spaces. This project involved the removal of the existing EDPM roofing down to the structural metal deck and the installation of new mechanically fastened Polyisocynurate insulation and a fully adhered EPDM roof system.
