KGS was contracted by First Potomac Management to replace a 40,000 SF section of roof over multiple tenant spaces. The project involved the removal of two existing roof systems down to the metal deck and the installation of two layers of Polyisocynurate insulation and a mechanically fastened TPO membrane system.
