KGS was contracted by First Potomac Management in 2009 to install a new roof over half of the building and then again in 2010 to install a new roof over the second half of the building. This roof project included the partial removal of the existing membrane in areas that contained wet insulation and an overlay of 1 ½” insulation with a new Firestone .060 TPO mechanically fastened roof system. This project also included new coping caps, through wall scuppers, collector boxes and down spouts.
