KGS Construction Services, Inc. offers many roofing and waterproofing services to include but not limited to; complete tear off and replacement, new roof overlays, partial roof replacement, maintenance contracts, above and below grade water proofing and specialty coatings. KGS is certified with the industries top manufactures and we install all roof types to include; single ply, built up, modified bitumen, green roofs, hot fluid applied, cold process and metal panel roof systems. We specialize in re-roofing occupied buildings while working hand in hand with property managers and building owners to accommodate the needs and request of our customers. Our management team is very knowledgeable in our specialty fields and strive to give our customers top quality results for a competitive cost. Concrete & Masonry Restoration
KGS offers a wide variety of services in this field to include but not limited to; full and partial depth structural concrete repairs, expansion joints, tuck pointing, through wall flashings, retaining wall construction, traffic coatings, sealant replacement, power washing and sealing. Leak Investigation/Repair
Our service department offers a 24 hour per day 7 days per week emergency leak service to all customers. We know the importance of protecting the assets so our technicians perform thorough investigations prior to making repairs, our goal is to stop the leak on the first visit. For those troublesome leaks that can be hard to find we perform extensive water test in order to determine the origin of water infiltration, we won’t give up until we stop your leak. General Contracting
General Contracting was how KGS got its start and has not forgotten its roots. Since KGS maintains a Virginia Class A Contractors License the company is able to offer additional construction services to our customers. Typically KGS offers this service to customers who are interested in additional construction projects but wanting one point of contact or are referred by an existing customer. This service within our company has come in to play on several projects to include new entry/exit doors, roof top decks, cable railing systems, asphalt repair and paving, and general carpentry work.
